What if I see “Failed to connect to the network! Please check the status of the network and try again” Error?

We recommend closing the app and reopening it. If the internet connection is stable, it should automatically log in again, even if it initially redirects to the welcome page.

Can I use all the features (pin code, keycards) after pairing with the App?

Yes, all the features can be set up by tapping into the "entry method" in the WAFERKEY App.

ATTENTION:
Once the lock turns to App Mode, ALL the existing user access settings (Key Card, Passcode ...) will be deleted and manual programming functions will be disabled.

Can I deactivate the fob key which is not at hand ( lost / stolen)?

Yes, you can deactivate the fob key by resetting it.

Once the lock is paired with the WAFERKEY App, does it need WiFi, or does it work via Bluetooth?

The lock operates via Bluetooth, but the app requires an internet connection for activation.
